Your primary role will involve applying data mining techniques, conducting statistical analysis, and constructing high-quality prediction systems that can seamlessly integrate with our products. The ideal candidate should excel in utilizing large datasets to identify opportunities for product and process optimization, develop and implement models, create algorithms, and run simulations effectively. Moreover, they must possess a proven track record of driving business outcomes through data-driven insights. Location - Remote or Pune Responsibilities: - Understand the project scope and relevant data sources to determine suitable AI/ML methodologies. - Generate and organize task lists based on project requirements for the AI team, under the guidance of the manager. - Collaborate closely with the AI team to ensure timely delivery of tasks with the highest quality. - Coordinate with internal partners involved in AI/ML projects. - Provide project status updates and key performance indicators (KPIs) to the team under the manager's supervision. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Apply fundamental data science and AI/ML technologies, such as Python Sklearn, to independently evaluate the viability of a business case and develop initial prototypes for user experimentation. - Work collaboratively with the AI team to execute assigned projects and tasks. - Regularly present project plans and progress updates to the team, including relevant KPIs, with guidance from the manager. - Define, validate, and monitor functional achievements and agreed-upon KPIs. - Coordinate and follow up with all teams involved in the projects. - Act as the technical interface for internal customers related to the projects. - Demonstrate a strong personal interest in IT topics, particularly data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. - Display a high willingness and ability to learn independently and alongside the team to quickly apply statistical, data analysis, and machine learning techniques in practical projects. - Possess technical understanding of product and process in FCM (Field Communication Module). - Exhibit broad project management skills, leadership qualities, and effective communication abilities. - Fluency in English is mandatory. - Embrace an international mindset and be open to national and international travel. - Collaborate effectively within networks.
