    Job Summary:
    We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Java Developer to join our
    development team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of hands-on
    experience in Java development, strong problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of
    software design principles. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for leading

    development efforts, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-
    quality software solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust Java applications.
    Lead and mentor junior developers and interns within the team.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto gatherrequirements and translate them
    into technical solutions.
    Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
    Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
    Debug, test, and troubleshoot application issuesto ensure optimal performance.
    Stay updated with the latest trends and advancementsin Java and related
    technologies.
    Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design decisions.

    Qualifications & Skills:
    Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    23 years of proven experience in Java development.
    Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
    Hands-on experience with Java frameworkslike Spring, MVC Architecture, Spring
    Boot and Hibernate.
    Proficiency with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
    Experience working with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.

    Familiarity with version controlsystemslike Git.
    Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
    Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

    Preferred Skills:
    Exposure to microservices architecture.
    Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
    Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
