Job Description

The Director position is currently open at the School of Digital Media Management and the School of Retail Management & Digital Media Marketing. We are looking for a dynamic and visionary academic leader with a Ph.D. in Management or an MBA with specialization in various fields such as Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Media Management, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, E-Commerce, or Family Business Management. The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of experience in academics, industry collaboration, consultancy, or administration, with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at a university or reputable higher education institution. Previous experience as a Department Head, Professor, or Director would be advantageous, and a proven track record in digital marketing, retail, or e-commerce sectors is highly desirable. Preferred skills and competencies for this role include expertise in Digital Marketing domains such as Social Media Marketing, Video Marketing & Digital Storytelling, Web Analytics, Branding, Digital Media Planning, and an entrepreneurial mindset in innovation. Additionally, proficiency in Retail & E-Commerce Marketing is crucial, covering areas like Retail Business Accounting, Retail Analytics, Supply Chain Management, CRM, Retail Franchise Management, and the use of Artificial Intelligence in Retail.
