Job Description: As a Company Secretary - Management Trainee at A J & Associates in Kolkata, you will be responsible for drafting and maintaining corporate documents, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and preparing reports for the Board of Directors and senior management. Your key responsibilities will include organizing meetings, maintaining statutory registers, handling correspondence, and supporting governance and compliance initiatives. This role will provide you with exposure to Company Law, Sebi Law, Insolvency, and Bankruptcy Law. To excel in this role, you must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, have a deep understanding of company law and corporate laws, hold a B.Com (Hons.) degree, and have either completed the CS Professional exam in full or passed Part I and appeared for the remaining parts.
