    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

    • Data entry of customer details. Fill CRM data in the software.

    • Soft calling for offers and schemes.
    • Handle customer queries and complaints politely and effectively.

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

    • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, service, operations) to address customer needs.

    • Key Skills Required

      • Strong communication & interpersonal skills

      • Good grooming skills
      • Pleasant personality with customer-centric attitude

      • Basic computer knowledge of MS office.
