Client is seeking Technical Project Managers to propel its growth by managing complex projects within the life cycle of our engagement with customers, many of whom use client's platform to find domain experts to build datasets to train and evaluate AI models
Using resumes, AI interviews, and online profiles, our client matches talent with the best opportunities Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside Engagement Managers to manage projects from initiation to completion, including building operational frameworks, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring deadlines are met Design and implement recruitment workflows to identify and secure specialized domain experts for AI training initiatives driven by leading foundational AI firms Manage comprehensive evaluation processes to guarantee the selection of talent that precisely aligns with client expectations, utilizing Mercors systems as well as other sourcing tools Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Operations division to deliver high-priority objectives that involve building and analyzing data pipelines, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timing goals Maintain and develop client relationships by converting business requirements into concrete action plans and overseeing execution of key deliverables Facilitate onboarding and maintain direct interaction with domain specialists on custom project tasks to ensure objectives and deliverables are in full agreement with client needs Qualifications:
Background in research, consulting, data science, or business
Experience in a technical domain (e-g
, data science, computer science), or demonstrated learning, is a plus Familiarity with using data analysis tools like Excel and project management software A ?nice-to-have,? but not a requirement, is a proven track record of managing client interactions and recruitment processes
