Job Description
- Bachelors degree in information technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT program/project management, with at least 4 years of experience managing large IT projects in an enterprise environment.
- Expertise in Agile and SAFe methodologies, with a proven track record of leading successful finance application projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (e. g. , JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project).
- Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for enterprise projects.
- Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager specializing in IT business applications or enterprise IT projects.
- Extensive experience in implementing Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe, with a focus on project flexibility and delivery speed.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and working with finance business units.
- Ability to lead multiple large-scale projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering results on time and within budget.
- Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and proactive management of project risks and issues.
- Excellent stakeholder management, decision-making, and negotiation skills, particularly in managing complex project requirements and expectations.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of Agile and SAFe frameworks, with experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing distributed teams.
- Ability to build and nurture a collaborative and transparent working environment while driving accountability within teams.
