Role Overview:
Were looking for an energetic and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join our growing

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Call potential customers from the leads provided.
- Understand their business challenges and schedule software demos.
- Deliver simple, clear, and compelling product demonstrations.
- Address customer queries and explain the time-saving benefits of .
- Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into paying customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and earn performance rewards.
- Adhere to our structured sales process (SOP).
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new customers post-sale.
Key Skills Required:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / B2B Sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable engaging with customers over phone and video calls.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (both required).
- Self-motivated and target-driven (with full support from our team!).
CTC: 2.82 LPA to 4 LPA Incentive 5 Lakhs Medical insurance (Family) + Gratuity
