Associate, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate & Copilot Studio) @ Primetrace

Job Description

• Design, build, and maintain applications using Microsoft 365 technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Teams message extensions, plugins, chatbots, and SharePoint
• Develop and implement automated workflows integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and third-party SaaS platforms
• Build, test, and deploy Copilot agents using Copilot Studio, leveraging natural language prompts, generative AI, and Power Platform connectors
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into low-code/no-code solutions
• Optimize and maintain existing Power Platform solutions and rebuild existing blue prism solutions using Power Automate
• Write clean, scalable code and develop testing protocols
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and manage deployment processes
• Stay updated with emerging development tools and industry trends

• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate
• 2+ year of experience with Copilot Studio, including building and deploying Copilot agents
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, web services, and APIs
• At least 3 years of experience in developing apps and automation using M365 and Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and Dataverse)
• Preferred knowledge of programming languages such as C#, NET, Node, Java, Python, and PowerShell
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
