Role Overview:
Were looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator with proven experience in planning, creating, and optimizing content primarily for YouTube and Instagram. You will be responsible for building Vyapars digital presence and engaging our audience through compelling video content, reels, shorts, and storytelling formats tailored for SMEs, retailers, and business owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a content calendar for YouTube and Instagram aligned with the brands objectives and voice.
- Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality video content, reels, shorts, and carousel posts.
- Write catchy captions, scripts, and post descriptions in line with SEO and platform trends.
- Engage with audiences through comments, stories, and DMs, fostering community engagement.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to amplify brand messaging through social content.
- Track content performance using analytics tools and iterate based on insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in creating and growing content on YouTube and Instagram.
- Strong video shooting and editing skills (using tools like Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot, or CapCut).
- Excellent storytelling ability, especially with short-form content.
- Familiarity with SEO for YouTube, hashtags, content trends, and social algorithms.
- Comfort in front of the camera (or directing others) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple content pipelines and meet publishing deadlines.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Media, Communication, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in content creation for a brand, agency, or as a content creator/influencer.
- Portfolio or content samples must be provided with the application.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of business/finance to connect with Vyapars target audience.
