Hiring for Sales/B. D (IT) Asst. Manager/Manager Excellent Opportunity, Janakpuri (5 Days working)

This is an urgent requirement and we will prefer immediate joiners. The maximum notice period of 15 days can be entertained. We have 2 positions International/Domestic Sales.

-Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in IT Sales (International Sales)

We are looking for dynamic, dedicated, energetic, goal-focused Sales/Business Development Management professionals, driven to exceed revenue objectives and drive business growth. Should have excellent inter-personal, networking, lead development and sales skills. This role is ideal for someone who is both technically curious and commercially driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential customers, conducting market research, sourcing and building a network of clients and partnership opportunities across SaaS and services.
  • Contacting and communicating with prospective clients, promoting and briefing them of new product launches, the technical features of the same and special deals.
  • Sending proposals and quotations to potential clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Build and nurture relationships with strategic partners and potential enterprise clients.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process: lead qualification, discovery, product demos, proposal writing, negotiation, and closure.
  • Handling pre-sales by conducting Sales presentations, demonstrating features of various technological hardware and software products to suit the business needs of the clients, handling customer enquiries.
  • Advising clients on technical queries relating to products, installations and relevant upgrades.
  • Developing strategic sales plans and effective sales pitches.
  • Prepare and deliver Statements of Work (SOWs), pricing models, and service contracts.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to scope requirements for custom development projects or integrations.
  • Assist in onboarding and coordinate with delivery/project teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular check-ins, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning solutions to evolving needs.

Educational Qualifications

Must be a graduate (B.COM/BBA/MBA preferred) specialized in Sales, marketing & Business Development. IT Graduates with experience in Sales preferred.


Essential Skills (must have)

  • 3 - 6 Years of Relevant Experience in IT Sales specifically into International market into Website sales, Software Sales, B2B SaaS Sales, Web & Mobile Application sales or IT services. Previous experience in a startup, software development agency, or product-led SaaS company is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, subscription pricing, and customer lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with modern tech stacks, APIs, DevOps, Agile methodology, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Able to scope and communicate technical requirements for software development services.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent knowledge on computers (MS Office, Email, Software Installation etc.)
  • Able to scope and communicate technical requirements for software development services.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions for various stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and proposal writing skills. Should have client handling experience.
  • Result Oriented. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in a consultative or solution-based selling environment.
  • Should have the potential & determination to achieve Sales target 6x of his/her salary.
  • Experience managing long B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  • Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, prospecting automation, and analytics tools.
  • Data-driven decision-making using metrics like MRR, CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, and churn.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity in a startup setting.
  • Thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Eagerness to learn and stay current on SaaS trends, cloud solutions, and customer needs.
