Job Description
Position Title: Vice President [Travel]
SBU: Travel & Vacations
Grade: E7 (100000 - 260000)
Maximum Age: 48 years as on 18.05.2020
Minimum Qualification: 2 years full time regular MBA/ Post Graduation in Travel & Tourism of minimum 2 years duration with IATA/UFTAA certification (excluding part time/ correspondence)
Minimum Experience (Years): 20 years as on 18.05.2020
Preferred Experience: Candidates having complete knowledge of SBT operations and experience in retail & Online sale will be preferred
Indicative Job Description:
The Incumbent shall be responsible for:
- Achieved budgeted Top-line & Bottom-line targets for the Ticketing Vertical
- Negotiation of contracts with Airlines and Achievement of Airlines Target
- Implemented assigned technology up-gradation plan, track emerging funds, facilitate induction of new technology to simplify/enhance process performance and optimize operating cost. And initiate action for adoption after following Company's procedures
- Monitor branch wise performance, review and initiate timely corrective actions
- Augment turnover/contribution from corporate clientele with a focus on Pvt. Business
- Introduce new products/ services and increase revenue from allied services and products viz Forex etc
- Oversee the financial results, utilization and working capital utilization and direct the team to work in a coordinated manner, to achieve results while ensuring achievement of budgetary parameters.
- Achieve MOU targets collection

PLACE OF POSTING
The initial place of posting may be Delhi. However, candidates may be placed at any of the locations in India or abroad where the Company or its Joint Ventures has its operations and the decision on the matter shall be made at the time of joining at the sole discretion of the Company depending on the exigencies of work.

COMPENSATION
Initial Basic Pay (Rs.):100000
CTC at the beginning of the scale (Rs / lakhs per annum):
31 Lakhs per annum
Net Take Home: Rs.138582/- per month (before tax)
CTC shall include Basic Pay, DA, HRA, Other Perks & Allowances, Performance Related Pay, encashment of earned leaves, work related benefits and Retiral benefits as applicable in the grade as per rules of the Company. (Post-Retirement Medical Coverage Scheme is applicable to candidates who are 50 years of age or below as on date on which they come on the regular rolls of the Company. However, this condition shall not be applicable in case of candidates who join after resigning from any CPSE, provided the total of past service in the CPSE and future service in the company till the date of normal retirement is 10 years or more). All the benefits will be governed by the policy of the Company in force and as amended from time to time.
Candidates employed with Government Departments/ CPSUs / Autonomous Bodies should to apply through proper channel, obtaining necessary NOC which is required to be submitted at the time of the interview.
