Interview Design & Development Design and build interactive interviews (self-service or agent-assisted) that dynamically present relevant questions and guide users to personalized outcomes.
Integration via Web Services Implement connections using SOAP/REST services and JSON/XML for fetching input data and delivering results to and from the OIA engine.
Debugging & Lifecycle Management Debug rules and interviews, conduct regression testing, and oversee full project lifecyclefrom development to production.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and best practices.
Advisory & Strategic Guidance Provide clients with strategic direction for effective adoption of OIAincluding implementation roadmaps, best practices, and troubleshooting.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
Deep Expertise in Oracle Intelligent Advisor / Oracle Policy Automation
Hands-On Experience in the full OPA/OIA project lifecyclefrom modeling to deployment
Proficiency with Web Services (SOAP/REST) and JSON/XML for integrations
Strong Debugging & Testing Skills throughout design and implementation
Desirable (Nice-to-Have) Skills
Official OPA/OIA Certification
Experience with CRM or Customer Service Cloud platformssuch as Oracle Service Cloud, Siebel, CPQ, RightNow, or Sales Cloud
Background in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or complex policy-driven projects
