Must Required Skills:

Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, supplier management, and procurement best practices
Experience integrating SCM with Finance, Projects, and Inventory modules
Functional configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills


Preferred Skills:
Experience in Contracting / Construction industry
Exposure to large company environments


Job Description:

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Purchasing, Subcontracting, and Payment Application, along with a proven track record of at least 4 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations. Experience in working with Contracting companies will be an added advantage.
  • Must have worked in Large Companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements and prepare functional design documents for Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
  • Configure and implement Purchasing, Subcontracting, and Payment Application functionalities in Oracle Fusion SCM.
  • Lead and participate in all project phases requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of SCM processes with other modules like Finance, Inventory, and Projects.
  • Handle functional configurations, setups, and data migration activities.
  • Provide training to end-users and prepare functional documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design custom reports, workflows, and extensions when required.
  • Support day-to-day operational issues and enhancements post-implementation.
  • Ensure solution compliance with organizational policies and Oracle best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant.
  • 4+ end-to-end implementation cycles in Oracle Fusion SCM.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Purchasing, Subcontracting, and Payment Application processes.
  • Understanding of SCM integrations with other Oracle Fusion modules (Finance, Projects, Inventory, etc.).
  • Prior experience working in Contracting/Construction industry preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, supplier management, and procurement best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
