Must Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SCM Cloud: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Service Procurement, Supplier Management, Sourcing.
  • In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Processes: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory & Warehouse Management, Demand & Supply Planning.
  • Experience in end-to-end ERP implementations: requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, Go-Live.
  • Strong in data analysis & reporting: SQL, OTBI, OBIEE, BOBJ, Excel.
  • Expertise in supply chain KPIs, dashboards & performance analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills.

Job Description:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SCM (Cloud), including Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Service Procurement, Supplier Management, Sourcing
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Demand & Supply Planning.
  • Experience in end-to-end SCM ERP implementations, including requirement gathering, process blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and Go-Live support.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
  • Knowledge of integration points between supply chain modules and other ERP modules such as Finance, HR, and Manufacturing.
  • Experience in reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for supply chain performance and analytics.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, SQL, BI reporting tools (OTBI, OBIEE, BOBJ), and Excel-based analytics.
  • Ability to conduct workshops, end-user training, and prepare functional documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in post-implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
  • Awareness of project management methodologies, ERP governance, and compliance requirements.

      Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
