Job Description

Job Location - Mumbai (Parel/Prabhadevi)
Role & responsibilities
- Design, implement and operate the Platform with a focus on security, networking policy, service routing, high availability, observability with a gitops oriented model
- Support infrastructure and hosted applications (Incident, Changes, Requests, Release, etc)
- Resolve and troubleshoot incidents and problems
- Implement changes and request according to Service Level agreements
- Ensure proper health of the cloud platform with Monitoring and Eventing
- Plan regular testing of operational processes (Backup, Restore, DRP, etc)
- Create Runbook to automate and resolve incident quickly
- Monitor capacity and performance on the platform

Azure VM Services
Azure Databases (CosmosDB)
Operations Services (Azure backup, Azure Monitor)
Azure WebApps
Azure Networking (Vnet, subnet, load balancing, etc)
