Job Description

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Sourcing Manager to build, manage, and grow relationships with channel partners (CPs). The role involves driving business growth through effective partner management, market understanding, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners for residential/commercial projects.
• Develop strong relationships and ensure smooth coordination with CPs.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with partners.
• Track CP performance, walk-ins, and ensure compliance with tagging & payout processes.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Legal, etc.) for project alignment.
• Follow up on CP billing and ensure timely payouts.
  

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, WhatsApp blast software, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management & communication skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible, adaptable, and open to local travel.
• Minimum 25 years of real estate sales Sourcing experience.
