Job Description

Are you a tech savvy individual comfortable using new gear & apps? Do you feel comfortable learning new tech and instructing/guiding others in their usage? If so and you're ready to get started ASAP please review these high level qualifications.

Terms:

Role: Moderator
Type: Independent Contractor
Location: World Trade Center, 26/1, Dr Rajkumar Rd, Malleshwaram, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560055, India
Start date: September 1, 2025
Duration: Through September 30, 2025
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 12 PM (Noon) to 8:30 PM IST
Language: Native spoken and written Kannada and/or Telugu; professional English
Pay rate: $4 USD per hour

Responsibilities:

Learn about and use devices in various activities for data collection
Moderate participants while conducting data collection activities
Download, validate and upload related data files
Perform basic troubleshooting on smart devices; set up, clean smart devices;
Raise device problems or reported issues to the designated Lead
Collaborate with team members and communicate updates across the team
Attend related trainings, status and related team meeting
Potentially assist other participants in data collection sessions

Qualifications:

HS completion; BS Degree preferred
Kannada and/or Telugu native fluency; English professional fluency
Able to work from the Bangalore office 5 days a week
Strong communications skills
Customer service experience - IT/hardware/wearables a plus!
Can follow detailed technical documentation & instructions
Problem solving capabilities
Be a quick learner
