Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and
integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and provide technical guidance and
solutions.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and
CMDB.
Utilize development patterns such as MVC and frameworks like Angular to create scalable and
maintainable applications.
Apply object-oriented programming principles to enhance the functionality and maintainability of
applications.
Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and release
notes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelors & degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Experience with development patterns such as MVC and frameworks like Angular.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
Knowledge of other programming languages and design patterns is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a
plus.
