Job Description

  • Responsible for Generating new business and clients.
  • Responsible for driving Sales & marketing strategies of the organization
  • Responsible for handling the sales & thereby creating & maintaining everlasting business relationships.
  • To engage in the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, requirement gathering, aligning with pre-sales for solution design, proposal drafting, negotiating, order closing, execution, and collecting payments.
  • Responsible for Customer prospecting and mapping: Identify, prioritize, and plan the most applicable marketing approach.
  • Identify and reach all stakeholders, influencers, decision-makers, and end-users.
  • Responsible for creating a market for solutions for different verticals using suitable data collection technologies for different applications in that vertical.
  • Responsible for tracking market competition and maximizing market share.
  • Responsible for establishing a network with other key stakeholders within the business to share current information on company products, services, and solutions.
  • Responsible for coordinating with various different departments like the operations team, recruitment team, and legal team to ensure the smooth functioning of the process.
  • Engage in organizations other Marketing & PR activities such as participation in Exhibitions, and organizing conferences.

Candidate Profile :-

Experience :-

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience

Qualification:-

  • Any Graduate

Requirements:-

  • Should have done sales in IT FMS Support, and IT Staff Augmentation.
  • Proven track record of min. sales of 2Cr per Annum.
  • Should know about FMS, T& ampm Contracts.
  • Good Customer database.
  • Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
  • Problem-solving skills and multitasking ability.
  • Good communication & presentation skills.
