Position Overview:
As an Implementation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment of our products and solutions for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand client requirements, and ensure seamless integration and implementation of our technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibility:
Design and Implementation: Designing service desk architectures for infrastructure and applications, as well as designing logging frameworks to ensure data collection, and analysis.
Requirements:
Should have experience with monitoring and service desk tools (e.g., ManageEngine, Broadcom, Microfocus, Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK Stack, TrueSight, ServiceNow, Kibana, Zoho Service Desk) and data visualization and dashboarding (e.g., JasperBI, PowerBI, Tableau).
Should also be familiar with tools deployment in on-premise as well as cloud.
Should be familiar with network architectures concepts such as secure zone and DMZ as well as ITIL processes.
ITIL certified is preferred.
Soft skills include a strong sense of initiative and ownership, communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
General Solution Skills: Must be able to gather requirements, analyze systems, and identify areas for improvement. Should possess technical skills, communication skills, project management skills, and organizational skills.
Good to have Skill set:
Hands-on experience on Linux servers, Windows and Networking is a must.
