Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Cloud & Microsoft 365 Architect with strong technical expertise across Azure, Microsoft 365, and On-Premise infrastructure, as well as solid project management experience. The ideal candidate should have 12+ years of experience and possess the ability to handle complete architecture and delivery ownership. Candidate should also be flexible to work with US clients and handle calls in US time zone whenever required.
Role & responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and migration of Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environments.
- Deliver hybrid infrastructure solutions integrating On-Premise and Cloud systems.
- Own end-to-end project delivery including scope, timelines, and team management.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with US-based stakeholders and clients.
- Manage project risks, timelines, and provide detailed status updates.
- Prepare architecture documents (HLD, LLD) and conduct client workshops.
- Mentor and guide project teams, assign tasks, and ensure quality delivery.
Preferred candidate profile
- 12+ years of IT experience with at least 35 years in an Architect role.
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, Azure IaaS/PaaS, and AD infrastructure.
- Proven experience in project management and stakeholder handling.
- Ability and willingness to work with US clients and attend calls in US time zones.
- Solid understanding of Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server, and Virtualization technologies.
- Microsoft Certifications preferred: Azure Architect Expert, M365 Enterprise Admin, etc.
