Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns and provide excellent customer service.
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers' issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
  • Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with exposure to International Voice Process (US/UK).
  • Strong communication skills in English language with ability to work on US/UK accents.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technologies.
