What Youll Do:
Identify and engage potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Slack, GitHub, and more
Use advanced sourcing techniques (including Boolean search) to target the right profiles
Build relationships through employee referrals and external networks
Promote our employer brand online and offline
Maintain candidate databases for future hiring needs
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
Hands-on sourcing skills and Boolean search expertise
Strong communication and time management skills
