Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment against job descriptions.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

7-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) or related field with expertise in BPO hiring, bulk hiring, lateral hiring, medical coding hiring, recruitment, talent acquisition.
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution; Any specialization preferred but not mandatory.
Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end TA processes for large-scale projects.
