Responsibilities
As an AVP - Salesforce, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Strategizing and overseeing the deployment of Salesforce CRM to achieve company goals.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement analytics-driven enhancements.
- Driving the integration of Salesforce with other platforms to enhance business processes.
- Mentoring and managing a high-performing Salesforce team, fostering innovation and career growth.
- Staying ahead of industry trends and proposing innovative strategies to improve Salesforce capabilities.
- Ensuring compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards in all deployments.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- 12+ years of professional experience with a strong focus on Salesforce solutions.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM platforms, including Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with analytics, data modeling, and business intelligence tools.
- Strong leadership with a track record of managing and mentoring teams.
- Proficiency in system integration and the ability to design scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer, or Architect (preferred).
