Job Description

Industry focus: Healthcare, Finance, Technology, Telecom, Media, Construction, Real Estate, Education, Transportation and Logistics (Road Transportation, Ocean Freight and Aviation), Manufacturing, Retail, Oil and Energy, Agriculture and Dairy, Professional Services etc.

Technology Focus: Open-Source Web and Mobile technologies, Microsoft Technologies, Blockchain, RPA, MS Azure, AWS, Salesforce etc.

Clients: Microsoft, KPMG, PwC, Boston Scientific, Dimension Data, Ricoh, Qualcomm, NTT DoCoMo, G4S, Capgemini, TCS, Airtel, Apollo Hospitals and 200+ SMEs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • End to End Business Development Activities in North America region.
  • Replicate and expand Claritus s existing models of business development and come up with strategies to add new channels for demand generation and Key Account penetration.
  • Give yourself three to six months to create a successful, reproducible and predictable sales model by adding your own experience to Claritus s existing methodologies, and then expand your team by hiring good talent who can replicate your proven sales methodologies.
  • Create supportive environment for team members and colleagues that is conducive to their growth and overall well-being.
  • Give recommendations and take active participation in various aspects of Sales, Marketing and Branding. Take Initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Create accurate and insightful reports. Forecast Quarterly and Annual Sales.
  • Meet your Quarterly and Annual Sales Quota.

Necessary Qualities

  • Hands on experience in Business Development for IT Services/ Mobile Applications/ Web Applications/ IOT/ Blockchain/ RPA/ Cloud Services.
  • Business and Software consulting skills.
  • Ability to understand clients business processes and recommend best suited technical solutions.
  • Proven experience in closing deals with mid to large enterprises as well as SMEs and StartUps.
  • Strict Adherence to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and making sure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Excellent technical and Business Acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation skills.
  • Focused/ Organized/ CRM Savvy.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
  • Self-Motivated who can operate with minimal/no supervision.
  • Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions.
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently as well as with the team.
  • Positive outlook towards work and life.
  • Qualification : Any graduate/PG
