Job Description
We are a fast-growing healthcare BPO catering to leading US-based healthcare providers. Join our dynamic team to make a real difference in patient care through effective communication and service.
Role & responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare services (appointments, billing, insurance verification, etc.)
- Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and insurance representatives
- Document interactions accurately in the healthcare system
- Follow HIPAA compliance and company protocols for patient data privacy
- Resolve queries related to claims, eligibility, prior authorization, and payment status
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet daily and monthly performance metrics (quality, call handling time, accuracy)
Preferred candidate profile :
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Neutral or US accent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to work in night shifts and in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior experience in a US healthcare voice process is an advantage
Qualifications:
- UG/ Graduate in any stream (Preferred: Life Sciences / Healthcare / BPO experience)
- 03 years of experience in international voice process (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
