Qualification: A background in Engineering, MBBS, or MBA from a top-tier institution is preferred.
Experience Required: 2-5 Years
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Description:
- Work closely with the founders on high-impact strategic initiatives and decision-making
- Lead and execute cross-functional projects across operations, growth, and partnerships
- Analyze market trends, competition, and internal data to drive business insights
- Collaborate with hospitals, surgeons, and internal teams to scale the business
- Support new initiatives including AI, tech development, and process optimization
