Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed), LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and social media platforms
Perform Boolean and advanced keyword searches to identify passive talent
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic outreach to assess candidate fit and interest
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and high-priority roles
Track sourcing metrics such as reach-out rate, response rate, and quality of pipeline
Maintain updated and accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to align on job requirements and sourcing priorities
Support talent pool creation for future hiring needs.
