- As a Senior Software Development Engineer/Lead specializing in Machine Learning at Media.net, you will be part of a leading online ad-tech company that develops cutting-edge products for advertisers and publishers. We are dedicated to addressing the industry's most complex challenges by leveraging behavioral and contextual data to drive precision and performance at scale. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing state-of-the-art Generative AI models and predictive machine learning pipelines tailored to AdTech applications. You will analyze and process large-scale datasets to extract insights for intelligent decision-making in real-time environments, building and maintaining scalable ML systems that deeply integrate into our bidding, targeting, and ad optimization engines. To excel in this role, you should bring 6-8 years of proven experience in GenAI, such as LLMs, transformers, and diffusion, as well as predictive ML models like XGBoost, deep learning, and time series analysis. Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and experience with data engineering for ML are essential, along with expertise in handling large-scale datasets in distributed computing environments. You will collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams to deploy models in a fast-paced, experimentation-heavy environment. Taking ownership of your models from research and prototyping to deployment and performance monitoring, you will combine technical rigor with a broad understanding of system-level impact to make high-quality architectural decisions. Ideally, you possess a startup mindset, showing a bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to thrive under rapid iteration cycles. A Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is required, and experience with real-time systems, ad exchanges, DSPs, or programmatic advertising is a plus.
