Job Responsibilities: - Perform manual and automated testing of embedded firmware and networking protocols, such as IPv4/v6, ICMP, ARP, TCP/UDP, L2/L3, Zigbee, IEEE802.15.4, Wifi, Radius server Security (8021.x), ANSI, DLMS, etc. - Use tools such as Wireshark or packet generating tools for stress or load testing, and analyze network traffic and performance. - Create and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports, based on requirements, specifications, and user stories. - Identify, report, and track defects, and verify fixes and enhancements. - Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other testers to ensure quality and functionality of the products. - Maintain and update test environments, test data, test cases, and test scripts, according to changing requirements and standards. - Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement of the products and the testing process. Job Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in embedded/firmware testing and networking protocols testing. - Proficient in using tools such as Wireshark or packet generating tools for stress or load testing. - Knowledge of any scripting language, such as Perl, Bash, Python, or TCL, Linux is a plus.
