Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Agile projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve impediments and prioritize tasks.

• Drive continuous improvement through Agile best practices.

• Mentor team members on Agile principles.

Requirements:

• B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA preferred.

• Minimum 2+ years as an Agile Project Manager.

• Scrum Master certification (mandatory).

• Proven track record in Finance, Banking, NBFC, Investment Banking, or Fintech projects.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Business Analyst experience is a plus.
