About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment across diverse domains and will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and design effective hiring strategies.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, headhunting, referrals, and networking.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and niche skills.

Manage candidate engagement and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.).

Collaborate with HR team on employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

38 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

Proven experience hiring across IT/Non-IT domains (depending on company requirement).

Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple requirements with attention to detail and timelines.

Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
