Senior Engineer - Quality Engineering @ Iris Software

Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement quality engineering processes to ensure high-quality software products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate software functionality.
• Analyze defects and provide detailed bug reports to the development team.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Participate in agile development methodologies to improve overall product quality.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical issues clearly.
• Familiarity with version control systems and defect tracking tools.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify areas for improvement.
