Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, network infrastructure, cloud infra, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Azure, AWS, VMware, Hyper-V, Cisco & CCNA.
Ensure high availability of systems by monitoring performance metrics such as CPU usage and memory consumption.
Troubleshoot issues related to server hardware failures or software malfunctions using tools like Python scripts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems through effective communication skills.
Implement ITIL processes for incident management and problem resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management with a degree in B.Tech/B.E. (Computers).
Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP) and familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure).
Proficiency in managing multiple operating systems (Windows/Linux) on physical/virtual machines using Hyper-V technology.
Experience working with automation tools like Ansible/Powershell scripting languages.
