Job role: Customer Advisor
Shift: US rotational shift
Salary: upto 6.5 lpa
Location: Koramangala
2 way cabs will be provided upto 20 km
Role & responsibilities:
- Inbound Call Handling
- Receive and respond to customer calls regarding products, services, or orders.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, or escalation updates.
- Issue Resolution
- Troubleshoot problems or concerns related to products/services.
- Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to senior teams when needed.
- Customer Interaction Management
- Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone at all times.
- Build rapport with customers to understand and address their needs effectively.
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems or call logs.
- Product/Service Knowledge
- Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Communicate features, benefits, and updates clearly to customers.
- Performance Metrics
- Achieve targets like Average Handling Time (AHT), First Call Resolution (FCR), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), etc.
- Actively seek feedback and apply coaching recommendations.
Preferred candidate profile
Min 1 yr of experience in international voice process
UG/ Graduates are fine
Excellent at communication
