Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Input, update, and manage data in spreadsheets and internal systems with high accuracy and speed.
Perform quality checks and validation to maintain error-free data.
Use advanced Excel featuresPivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, IFERROR, nested formulas, conditional formatting, and data tablesto process and analyze data.
Generate periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly) summarizing battery usage, charging cycles, performance trends, and other key metrics.
Organize and maintain electronic records and files for seamless retrieval and audit readiness.
Ensure regular data backups and adhere to data confidentiality and security policies.
Collaborate with field technicians, operations teams, and management to clarify data requirements and resolve inconsistencies.

Preferred candidate profile

Required:

BE in electrical and electronics /ITI
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role with large datasets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excelincluding advanced functions (PivotTables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, nested IFs, conditional formatting).
Excellent typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage workload under deadlines.
Trustworthy with sensitive information; adherence to data security protocols.

Desirable:

Experience with EV industry data or similar technical domains.
Familiarity with ERP or data management systems

Basic knowledge of automation (VBA, Power Query) to streamline repetitive tasks
