Role: Customer Support Associate (International Voice Process)

Location: Gateway Office Parks, A1, GF, 16, GST Road, Perungalathur, Chennai 600063

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (F2F)

Shift: Night shifts with 2 weekly offs

About the Role: We are hiring for the International Voice Customer Support team for the world's largest e-commerce platform. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals looking to build a rewarding career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective customer support via Calls.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Willingness to work in rotational night shifts
• Immediate joiners only
• Must be currently residing in Chennai and within a 30 km radius of Perungalathur
• Educational Qualification: +2 / 3-year Diploma / Any Graduate (No current backlogs)
• Experience: 0 to 2 years
