Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data science, programming, and deep learning frameworks, with a passion for solving complex business problems through AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning and deep learning models.
- Collaborate with data engineers and domain experts to preprocess and analyze large datasets.
- Experiment with various algorithms, evaluate model performance, and fine-tune for production readiness.
- Develop APIs and integrate ML solutions into existing systems and applications.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and apply best practices.
- Document processes, models, and workflows to ensure reproducibility and clarity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), with experience in libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools is a plus.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and NLP techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience deploying ML models into production.
- Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Role & responsibilities
