We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Solution Architect with a strong background in Java to join our team in Mohali. This position is designed for a professional with a proven track record in designing high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative, scalable, and secure solutions using Java and related technologies.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Research and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and best practices to enhance application performance and scalability.
- Develop detailed design architecture and guidelines for software development teams to follow.
- Provide technical mentorship and leadership to engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and DevOps Engineers, to deliver seamless software solutions.
- Ensure all architectural frameworks and solutions adhere to industry best practices, security standards, and compliance regulations.
- Troubleshoot issues in applications and systems, providing robust and practical solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies to future-proof enterprise systems.
- Drive innovation initiatives and contribute to the overall technology strategy.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and solution architecture, specializing in Java development.
- Strong proficiency in Java and its related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate, or similar).
- Expertise in designing highly scalable, distributed, and fault-tolerant applications.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
