Test Lead @ Incedo

Role Description:
As a Technical Lead - Non-Functional Testing at Incedo, you will be responsible for testing software applications for their non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and reliability. You will create and execute test plans and scripts, identify and report issues, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and develop non-functional testing solutions, including performance and security testing, using tools such as JMeter and OWASP ZAP.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
Configure and deploy non-functional testing solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.

Skills Requirements:

Expertise in Non-Functional testing tools and techniques such as JMeter or LoadRunner
Knowledge of performance testing concepts and techniques
Experience with testing Cloud-based systems and technologies
Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it.
Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills.
Should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Qualifications

7-9 years of work experience in relevant field
B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
