About the Role:
Join our fast-growing FinTech SaaS company as a Junior Python Developer. This is a unique opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their career by working on innovative financial technology products that empower businesses to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using Python and Django framework
- Build RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF)
- Work with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL using ORM techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and deliver quality solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Participate in code reviews and testing
- Continuously learn and improve technical skills.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Python programming
- Experience or basic knowledge of Django and Django REST Framework (DRF)
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL or MySQL, especially ORM usage
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.
Added Advantage (Optional but Preferred):
- Exposure to AI tools like Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, or similar
- Experience with Selenium and BeautifulSoup for web scraping and automation.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience.
