The successful candidate will be responsible for handling Dual Chats, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Role & responsibilities:-

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Dual chat within a customer service environment.- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.- Familiarity with CRM systems and Chat center software.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high Chat volumes.- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
