Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, empathetic, and strategic HR professional to lead our Early Life Intervention (ELI) Project, designed to ensure holistic engagement and seamless onboarding of new hires during their critical first 0-90 days. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills (both verbal and written), comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and processes, and an in-depth understanding of the employee life cycle within a BPO setup. This role demands proactive collaboration with business partners and the ability to drive employee engagement initiatives that enhance retention and productivity.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated leadership ability.
  2. Extensive experience in an HR Business Partner or managerial role.
  3. Deep understanding of the employee life cycle specific to BPO operations.
  4. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
  5. Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Canva, and other relevant tools.
  6. Ability to strategize and implement early engagement programs that drive business outcomes.
