Job Description for Recruitment Development Manager in Tied:

1. Primarily responsible for management and development of channel network to promote Insurance and consequently accountable for revenue generation and achievement of business targets by recruiting & developing the team of advisors & generating business through them.
2. Recruit, train, and manage insurance agents.
3. Achieve sales targets through agent network
4. Promote the use of CRM and Agent Portal.
5. Drive cross-selling of insurance products.
