- Web Administrator Website management, server administration, hosting, and CMS support.
- Database Administrator (DBA) Database installation, configuration, monitoring, backup, and performance tuning.
- Support Professional End-user IT support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Operations Manager Oversee daily operations, process improvement, and team management.
- Operations Assistant Support operational activities, MIS reporting, and documentation.
- Network Operations Professional Network monitoring, firewall/router/switch management, and security compliance.
- Technical Trainer Conduct technical training sessions, create learning material, and mentor employees.
- Technical Support Professional Application/system support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
Key Skills (Role-based)
- Web/Admin: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Linux/Windows servers, DNS, SSL.
- Database: SQL, Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL, backup & recovery, cloud DB.
- Support: Troubleshooting, ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Jira), OS/Networking basics.
- Operations: MIS reporting, process management, team handling.
- Network: CCNA/CCNP, LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, network monitoring tools.
- Trainer: Excellent communication, corporate training, domain expertise.
