Hello Folks,We are hiring for GEN AI Developer/Specialist/Lead/Architect" for one of the Service Based Company.
Job Description:
Job type:- Permanent / Full Time
Skills - Gen AI Development (Hands on exp required) + Python + Any Cloud with at least one project implementation experience
Exp - 4-20 yrs
Loc - MCPBN - Hybrid (Coim/Ahm - 2nd priority)
NP - Imm to Mid of Oct Serving
IP - L1 & L2 - Virtual
Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI solutions using LLMs.
- Fine-tune, optimize, and integrate models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral) with cloud AI platforms.
- Implement RAG pipelines, vector databases, and MLOps best practices.
- Lead AI innovation projects, POCs, and cross-functional collaborations.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI, security, and governance standards.
- Mentor teams and establish AI best practices.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Experience with Cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong knowledge of LLM architecture, prompt engineering, and multi-modal AI.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for stakeholder management.
