What we are looking for
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science from a top-tier institution.
- 4 - 5 years of experience in Python and Data Science.
- At least 2 years of experience working with Generative AI models and machine learning algorithms.
- Strong hands-on exposure to the latest TTS (Text-to-Speech) and STT (Speech-to-Text) models.
- Proficiency in Python and its frameworks.
- Experience leveraging LLMs for NLP or generative AI tasks.
- Experience building and deploying chatbots or conversational AI systems.
- Strong understanding of AI/Generative AI patterns such as RAG and prompt engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
What you will do
- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models to automate human interviews at scale.
- Build and optimize AI Voice Agents for real-world usage.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code to integrate AI models into the platform.
- Collaborate with AI experts, frontend, and backend engineers to deliver high-impact features.
- Implement pre-trained models and train custom models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Continuously optimize, evaluate, and fine-tune models for performance.
- Stay updated on the latest Generative AI & ML advancements and bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Monitor deployed AI solutions for reliability and performance.
- Maintain clear technical documentation.
