Job Description Summary: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced machine learning models and algorithms to address complex challenges. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, software engineers, and product teams, you will drive the enhancement of services through cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. Your role will entail constructing scalable ML pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and deploying models in production environments to derive business insights and enhance customer interactions. Your day-to-day responsibilities include: Essential Responsibilities: - Designing, developing, and optimizing machine learning models for diverse applications. - Preprocessing and analyzing extensive datasets to extract valuable insights. - Deploying ML solutions in production environments using suitable tools and frameworks. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into products and services. - Monitoring and evaluating the performance of deployed models. - Engaging with various stakeholders to drive adoption and adapt to evolving business requirements. People Management Roles: - Supervising the team's capabilities, ensuring timely deliveries and effective execution. - Providing guidance and mentorship to the team through projects to support their professional development. What do you need to bring- Minimum Qualifications: - At least 8 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. - Proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data processing tools for model deployment. - Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and scaling machine learning models and systems.
